Notifying Us
Please notify us as soon as possible about your return.
Return Timeframes
- Full Refund: Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Faulty Items: Customers have a maximum of 30 days from receiving the parcel to identify any faulty items and contact us. Proof in video or photo form must be attached.
Return Process
- Log in or create an account & view your order in your account options.
- Select "Create Return" on the order you wish to return.
- Select the items you are returning and the reason for returning them, and add pictures or video evidence if appropriate.
- Return Note: Before posting your order, place your returns note in the bag with your return and order number. A return address will be provided.
Returning with Royal Mail
- Post Office: Head to your closest Post Office with your parcel and QR code (which will be given to you once the return is created).
- QR Code: Present your QR Code at the Post Office, and Royal Mail will print your label. Remember to get proof of return receipt if the item is damaged or faulty.
- Processing: As soon as we receive your return, we'll process your refund and inform you. It may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank statement from the date it is issued.
Important Notes
- Order Number: Ensure the order number is in the packaging. If we are unable to identify your order, we may not be able to process the refund.
For International Customers
- Login or create an account & view your order in your account.
- Select "Create Return" on the order you want to return.
- Select the Items you are returning and the reason for the return.
- Return Note: Place your returns note and order number in the bag with your returning item before posting.
- Shipping: Attach the return slip and order number to your parcel and send your items using your preferred courier. The customer is responsible for all return costs.
General Return Conditions
- Damaged or Faulty Items: Must be returned within 28 days of receipt. A postal fee will be refunded if a receipt is provided.
- Changed Mind: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Proof of damage must be sent in picture or video form to claim delivery cost.
- Hygiene: Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
Free Returns (UK Customers)
We offer free returns for UK customers if the item is damaged or faulty. Please obtain proof of postage in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
Return Timeframes
- UK & ROI Customers: Return unsuitable items within 14 days of receipt unless the item is damaged, which is 28 days.
- International Customers: Return unsuitable items within 14 days of receiving your parcels or 28 days if the item is damaged.
Processing Time
We strive to process and refund your return as soon as possible. However, it may take up to 28 days (UK) or 28 days (International) for your return to be processed and seven days for the refund to reach your account.
Cancelled Orders
We cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped. Please feel free to return it once it has reached you.
Multiple Orders in One Parcel
Please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in a parcel may delay your refund.
Exchanges
We are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order for the item of your choice.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock after purchase, it will be displayed on your dispatched delivery note. We will email you as soon as possible and process your refund within 2-3 days.
